The Trips B Warranty

Every Trips B glove is handcrafted with premium leather and built to perform season after season. We stand behind our craftsmanship.

What's covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship, including stitching and hardware, for 1 year from delivery.
• Lacing: if a lace or web fails under normal play in your first year, email us with photos. We will send a replacement web and lace set and cover the shipping.
• Manufacturing errors on custom orders. If we built it different from what you designed, we make it right.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, including natural leather aging and pocket softening.
• Damage from improper care (excessive moisture, heat exposure, non-approved conditioners).
• Alterations made by third parties, such as dyeing or added embroidery. Re-lacing with the replacement set we send you does not void your warranty.

How to file a claim

Email support@tripsbgloves.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We respond within 5 business days.
