The Trips B Warranty

Every Trips B glove is handcrafted with premium leather and built to perform season after season. We stand behind our craftsmanship.

What's covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship (lacing failures, stitching defects, hardware issues) for 1 year from delivery.
• Manufacturing errors on custom orders — if we built it different from what you designed, we make it right.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, including natural leather aging and pocket softening.
• Damage from improper care (excessive moisture, heat exposure, non-approved conditioners).
• Alterations made by third parties (re-lacing, dyeing, added embroidery).

How to file a claim

Email tripsbgloves@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We respond within 5 business days.
