How long does my custom glove take to ship?
Every custom glove is made to order and crafted to our standards. Due to the custom nature of each build, please allow our current production lead time — you'll receive updates from order to delivery.
What size glove should I choose?
11" to 12" — infield: quick transfers and precise control.
12" to 12.75" — outfield: track and secure long-distance catches.
11.5" to 12.5" — pitchers: balance of grip and concealment.
How do I break in my new glove?
Condition lightly, work the leather, shape it overnight with a ball in the pocket, and play catch. Full walkthrough on our Break-In Guide.
How do I care for my glove so it lasts?
Wipe it down after play, condition sparingly, store it cool and dry with the pocket formed. Full details on our Glove Care Guide.
What if something's wrong with my glove?
